Job description

Join us as a Digital Development Manager
  • In this customer centric role, you’ll work with colleagues to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • You’ll be making sure that our customers receive the most appropriate HR, employment law or health and safety solutions to meet their needs
  • This is an opportunity to use your interpersonal and communications skills to enhance your reputation in the bank

What you'll do

You’ll be expected to deliver sustainable new business income and identify new opportunities, including developing external relationships and managing these at an executive level. You’ll pass these new opportunities to relationship managers to help the bank meet the wider needs of our customers.

We’ll also look for you to provide training and product awareness coaching to teams, so that they have the right level of knowledge to enable them to identify customer needs.

Other duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships to support the generation of quality lead referrals
  • Delivering a balanced range of services sold to make sure the wider needs of our customers are met in an appropriate manner
  • Making sure accurate and timely feedback is provided to all lead providers

The skills you'll need

You’ll have previous experience of working in a sales focused and business development role and be skilled at self-generating new business opportunities. You’ll also need to have strong analytical skills to assess sales management MI and identify trends and potential solutions.

We’ll also want to see:

  • Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills in a digital environment
  • Effective planning and organisation skills
  • The ability to work on own your initiative
  • The ability to tailor your approach in customer interactions
  • Tenacity and determination to exceed individual performance goals
