Senior Power BI Developer - Remote working up to £55K

Role Overview:As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will be the team expert on all things related to Power BI, Fabric, SSRS, SSIS, and ETL Pipelines. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's data strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Power BI solutions, including end-to-end configuration.
- Manage and optimise ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
- Oversee large data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SSIS packages to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the BI landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer or similar role.
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including end-to-end configuration and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and tools, particularly SSIS.
- Proficiency in SSRS and experience in developing complex reports.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large data migration projects.
- Background in professional services is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible, hybrid work requiring 1–2 days on site in Bristol per week
