Job Description
  • Process invoices accurately and timely.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain vendor files and update the accounts payable system.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in month end closing activities.
  • Support other finance-related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
