Accounts Payable Clerk

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a Maidenhead based client with an Accounts Payable Clerk requirement. This opportunity is initially a 4 week assignment, but could be extended. The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start a new contract in the first week of January.

This opportunity is suited to someone who is immediately available and looking for 15-20 hours per week across 3 to 4 days.

The day to day of this Accounts Payable role:

• Scanning and uploading invoices onto the system
• Cross-referencing spreadsheets to ensure invoices are coded correctly
• Manually processing and coding invoices whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Managing invoicing tasks to ensure timely and correct processing, enabling invoices to be paid on time
• Processing expenses
• Supporting with payment runs

Required skills and qualifications for this Accounts Payable opportunity:

• Training provided
• Ability to start immediately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices
• Proficiency in Netsuite or Oracle (essential)
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment carrying out a high volume of work
