Our client, an advanced manufacturing company based in Melksham, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Test Engineer to join their team on contract basis. If you have experience with mechanical testing of physical components and possess knowledge of pneumatics or hydraulics along with Shock and Vibration Testing following specifications then we encourage you to apply.
Qualifications & Skills:
Mechanical Testing Expertise- Conducting thorough tests for mechanical products according to industry standards.
- Analysing test results carefully before presenting them back clearly
- Understanding the principles behind these systems' operations allows for better troubleshooting when necessary
- Being able to follow strict guidelines while conducting shock/ vibrations testing ensures that all relevant data can be gathered accurately.
- The ability break down complex parts into basic elements helps identify potential issues more efficiently.
This position requires someone who has worked extensively within the field of Advanced Manufacturing; such candidates would find this role particularly appealing due its fast-paced nature. Successful applicants will receive £300-£400 per day rate Inside IR35 which makes it very competitive given other market rates
