Job Description
As the Executive Assistant for this impressive Real Estate company, you will:
- Manage diaries for the Managing Partner and Co-Founder
- Meet and greet clients
- Book meeting rooms
- Plan internal and external events
- Coordinate messages around the business
- Prepare meeting rooms
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in applying for the role of Executive Assistant, you should have:
- Corporate office experience
- Experience in a support role, managing diaries
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Brilliant interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
What's on Offer
You will be rewarded with an hourly rate equivalent to 35k-42k dependant on experience. The role could go permanent, depending on changes within the business.
