About the Role: Responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, utilizing accountancy software, Sage 50 and Quickbooks.including: Processing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling bank statementsMaintaining general ledger accounts
Assisting with the completion of VAT returns
Managing supplier invoices and payments
Chasing overdue payments
Assisting with month-end procedures
Maintaining accurate accounting records in accordance with best practices
Reconciling foreign currency accounts
PayPal reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy essential.Organized, able to prioritise workload effectively.
Professionally communicate internally and externally.
A considerate team player, yet able to work independentlyIs proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
