Job Description
  • Support the planning and delivery of a range of projects and events.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to project and event management.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to the Marketing & Agency department.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and event processes.
  • Assist in the monitoring and reporting of project and event outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project and Events Assistant should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Event Management.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A passion for working in the not-for-profit sector.
