Class 3 Registered Building Inspector in Walsall Paying £40 per hr Ref 19731

Role Duration: Until project completion (flexible, part-time hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
• Issue completion certificates upon successful inspection.
• Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

• Ideally Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
• Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience in inspecting high-rise residential properties is preferred.
