Role Overview:

You will already by an experience consultant in the sustainability space with both project management and people management experience

As we experience growth you will play a key role in the developing our team and help strengthen delivery, maximise effieciencies and capacity

You will work with and support the head of sustainability to endure the delivery of team budgets

You will also help develop the development and training plan for the team to facilitate career progression and retention of staff

You Will:

  • Manage a team of 6-7 consultatns helping to develop and nuture their careers
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects
  • Represent the company at events, conferences and workshops (both online and in person)
  • Drive and explore new areas of sustainability consultancy
  • Support and drive elements of business development

Requirements:

  • Proven consulting experience within sustainability
  • Proven people management experience in line with our company values
  • Broad knowledge of the Agri food industry, sustainability, GHG emmisions and carbon sequestration
  • Prior experience and confidence in representing the company at events
  • Strong communication skills both with customers as well as internal stake holders
  • Experience and expertise with MS suite of software
