• Proven experience in a professional kitchen.
• PVG is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality dishes.
• Strong team player with excellent time-management skills.

• Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard.
• Ensuring all food hygiene and safety regulations are followed.
• Assisting with menu planning and kitchen organisation as needed.
