Job Description
  • Ensuring safety procedures and protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintaining and improving the efficiency of the production line.
  • Performing regular checks and preventative maintenance on machinery.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the engineering team in implementing new processes and systems.
  • Documenting all engineering activities for future reference.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
  • Training junior staff members on the electrical aspects of the production line.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Electrical Bias Shift Engineer should have:

  • An NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience in maintaining and improving production lines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead when necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
