Cover Supervisor

• Daily Rate: £90 - £120
• Location: Cardiff
• Job Type: Ad hoc/Temporary/Long term

From your first day, you will be embraced as an integral member of our team, contributing to a collaborative and enriching educational experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher.
• Ensure the classroom remains conducive to learning, keeping students engaged.
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
• Assist students with their work as set by the teacher.
• Ensure all students are working safely and responsibly.
• Collect completed work after the lesson and pass to the appropriate teacher.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a school setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Proactive, engaging, and resilient.
• Good communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one).
