Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a General Manager position in a similar environment is essential

Knowledge of booking systems is essential
Strong financial understanding
Develop staff to maximize potential
Dedicated team leader – be at the front to push the business forward
Excellent knowledge of P+L and financials
