- Oversee the smooth operation of the home, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, maintaining the highest standards of care
- Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding staff
- Contribute to ongoing training and development to enhance team skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
- Experience managing residential children's homes
- Ideally, registered with Ofsted and familiar with their regulations
- Strong leadership and motivational skills for both staff and children
- Proven experience in team management and supervisionb
