Recruitment consultant! flexible hours

We are looking for a recruitment expert/consultant who has experience in recruitment and working from home.

As a recruitment consultant you'll be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients recruitment needs and requirements.

You'll need to secure candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, head-hunting and through referrals. You'll screen candidates, interview and pass them on to the next level of the selection process.

Our business is mainly property based although we are constantly adding to the business and therefore our recruitment needs. We recruit solely for our own group and we have massive plans for expansion in the coming year.

The ideal candidate will work on a day rate with commission for candidates brought into the business .
