We have a new and exciting role for you to become a Warehouse Operative! This opportunity will allow you to become a part of a well-known distribution centre managed by Wincanton in Stafford, ST16 1GY.
Your payrate as a full time Warehouse Operative:
- Basic rate: £11.44p/h
- Night shift: £13.88p/h
- Overtime basic rate: £17.26p/h
- Premium night rate from 20:00pm-06:00am additional £2.44p/h
- Saturday additional £1.95p/h
- Sunday additional £4.88p/h
Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Operative:
- You will be working on rotational shift Monday to Friday from 06:00am to 14:00pm and 14:00pm to 22:00pm.
- Night Shift -10pm to 6am
- Permanent PM shift - 2pm until 10pm. 6 hours on day rate and 2 hours on night rate
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking manually to trolleys as well as using totes and electronic RDT devices.
- Picking on LLOP to cages, using electronic RDT devices
- Loading and unloading pallets and cages
- Managing waste
- Every warehouse position requires a certain level of physical fitness. You will be doing a significant amount of walking and there will be extensive manual handling.
