This individual will initiate and manage multiple programs and projects usingeffective time management skills and personal impact to drive complex
activities across the organization. The Technical Infrastructure Program
Manager supports all Amazon fulfillment business units and site types. This
role will drive continuous improvement of HVAC systems and actively
participate in the design and implementation of Improvement Strategies. The
goal is to increase efficiency, uptime, and provide support to operational
areas with an emphasis on short- and long-term reliability improvements.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can independently manage complextechnical programs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive our commitment to
sustainability and operational excellence. Teamwork is an absolute must to
accomplish our goals. You must be able to work within a team while both
depending on, and driving others to accomplish goals for our customers. The
candidate will lead with influence and work with internal teams as well as
external suppliers, vendors, and consultants including utilities, manufacturers and contractors to align priorities and ensure the delivery ofkey milestones.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in their field, andpossess a HVAC design and commissioning background, coupled with an
understanding of projectconstruction management. This position will require
proficiency in the principles of airflow distribution, a deep knowledge of
HVAC sequence of operations strategies and an understanding of building codes
and standards across multiple geographies. This person will be able to
undertake the challenges of sophisticated equipment platforms and demonstrate
their ability to think broadly and strategically in aligning building
equipment with the larger objectives of the business.
Key job responsibilities- Develop, execute, and manage programs focused on the implementation of
units.
- Work independently to successfully deliver program goals, seeking guidance
required.
- Oversee the delivery of capital projects related to the BMS, from scoping
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including
complexcross-functional projects.
- Identify and drive improvements in HVAC and mechanical systems to increase
- Provide technical leadership on HVAC and mechanical system design,
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain project
- Develop and implement training programs to increase team knowledge and
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance and efficiency of HVAC
- Stay up to date with the latest sustainable technologies and industry trends
- Review engineering designs & drawings, construction and commissioning

- Operations and reliability maintenance experience in manufacturing,
