Your new role- Leading the L&D function within the company
- Developing and implementing L&D plans
- Supporting on generalist HR function when required
- Facilitating meetings
- Driving performance processes
- A level 5 CIPD qualification or higher
- Proven L&D experience
- Passion for L&D as a field
- Experience using LMS systems
- A proactive mindset
- Ability to comfortably deliver training in person when required
- Salary of £45,000
