Global Life Science Hub is a specialist recruitment firm focused on the US and Europe, founded in 2022. We place candidates in Biopharmaceutical Operations across Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Quality & Regulatory, and Business Development.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in East Grinstead. We are keen to hear from candidates with 3-6 months of recruitment experience. Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment efforts by identifying and attracting talent for our biopharmaceutical clients.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability for various roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Learn and stay up to date on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
