Empowering Learning are working alongside an alternate provision in the NG13 area. The role is full time and permanent. The working hours are 8:30-4:15. The role will start as soon as possible for the right person.
About The Role- Working on a 1:1 basis with children with autism and SEMH
- Delivering small academic interventions with children working below age expeced levels
- Helping children to engage within lessons
- Liaising with senior leadership around progress of the pupils
- Prior experience of working with children with SEN
- Graduate or relevant childcare qualification
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A resillient attitude and can take on a challenge
- Excellent behaviour management
- Reliability and excellent punctuallity
- Based on a working farm and a big focus on animal therapy
- Brand new building with excellent sports faciltities
- Up to 5 'wellbeing days' per year to take at your convenience
- A supportive senior leadership team with 15+ years experience
- Free breakfast and lunch provided each day by the school
