The Successful Applicant

A successful Engineering Site Lead should have:

• A degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and skills in engineering and manufacturing processes. You must have had extensive practical experience of automation and/or mechatronics in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead teams successfully.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
