About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Co-ordinator to join our team at the A2Dominion. You’ll be tasked with the general organisation and administration of all office activities, supporting the tenant with the progression of their move as well as assisting the regional lettings team as required.
Key responsibilities:
Provide advice and support to A2Dominion’s tenants with any lettings related issues including supporting tenants who are endeavouring to secure a moveYou will be the first point of contact for potential tenants; responding to telephone calls in relation to housing options advice and properties advertised, in addition to guiding them through the transfer application process
As part of the role you will support the organisation's drive to provide services digitally using modern technologies, by continuously identifying ways to improve and automate our processes
You will be providing administrative and functional support to the regional lettings team and tenants. You will be required to complete the end of tenancy and re-let process ensuring all upcoming properties are advertised on relevant housing transfer systems within required deadlines, including the preparation of relevant paperwork
Assist Central Lettings Manager with policies, procedures and work practices updates to continually improve administrative processesAdministrative support to the Lettings Team, including preparation and distribution of correspondence and information as requested and recording and reporting key performance data
More about you:
For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A* - C)Experience of delivery in customer orientated service, housing or similar environment
Good level of IT Knowledge including Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to calculate data and analyse information in order to draw logical conclusions
Ability to adopt a continuous improvement approach and adapt to change
