Job Summary:
  • To lead and manage the mobilisation team, ensuring clear direction, effective coordination, and high performance throughout the mobilisation phase.
  • To be responsible for helping to manage multiple new accommodation developments and the onboarding of existing schemes through the mobilisation phase into a completed and operational state.
  • To provide support to help ensure the successful delivery of new accommodation schemes within agreed financial budgets and timescales.
  • To help provide a professional service to our clients by assisting to deliver business critical solutions to a broad range of developers and investors across Europe. Ensure key performance indicators, and a range of objectives are met in the successful delivery of a range of accommodation schemes.
  • This is a pivotal role within Yugo, liaising with all areas of the business, to ensure new projects are successfully delivered ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves the implementation and management of continuous improvement initiatives to drive process refinement and operational efficiency across a rapidly expanding nationwide student accommodation portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer service to the highest level
  • Manage multiple sites and contracts through mobilisation and into a stabilised state
  • Achieve successful delivery of sites, within agreed mobilisation budgets
  • Ensure commercial obligations are achieved
  • Lead, direct and motivate site management where appropriate
  • Build sustainable partnerships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Deliver the business strategy and help achieve service objectives and profit while maintaining a high
level of customer satisfaction
  • Actively be aware of competition in the service area and new business development opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement with the teams across the service areas
  • Communicate mobilisation progress on new scheme projects to the business
  • Identify client requirements, anticipating their future needs, proactively and actively listening to their
expectations to ensure they are met
  • Respond to client enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are fully informed of current and future
developments
  • Demonstrate an understanding of workloads and plan ahead based on anticipated volumes of work
  • Exhibit a confident working knowledge of the agreed processes
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with developers, consultants, contractors and other
suppliers to the site under construction
  • Achieve targets for delivery of nationwide accommodation sites
  • Deliver new and better ways to enhance quality, performance and service, often surpassing client
expectations
  • Exhibit passion, energy and drive to succeed in meeting targets
  • Help develop and implement mobilisation budgets to achieve goals for new sites
  • Effectively manage the day to day operational and planning relationships with clients
  • Produce monthly reports for all clients and attend site and review meetings
  • Report on a regular basis to the Head of Mobilisation regarding KPIs and produce timely and accurate
reports when required
  • Liaise with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Health & Safety and IT Support teams
to ensure a robust mobilisation process is followed through to a smooth transition as schemes are

delivered and operational

Working relationships:
  • Liaison with all areas of the business
  • Develop partnerships with key suppliers to ensure we can offer clients industry-leading services
  • Regular contact with students / residents
  • Liaison with Yugo Management Team
  • Build strong, effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all functions (e.g. Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, H&S, IT) to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout mobilisation projects. These relationships are critical to the timely and successful delivery of new schemes and to achieving the broader strategic goals of the organisation

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
  • Experience in PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation), Build-to-Rent (BTR), or co-living sectors preferred.
  • Proven experience in people management, including leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
  • Focus on & commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Ability to analyse & interpret data
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives is advantageous.
  • Desirable: Professional project management qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certifications.

  • Willingness to travel frequently
