Joining the department, you will be dealing with a varied caseload of corporate law matters including company repurchases of shares, EMI schemes, business contracts, business start-ups/partnerships, and sales, acquisitions, and mergers.The firm is looking for a 2 -3 + years PQE solicitor with Corporate Law experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a high-quality pipeline of work and develop a long-term, successful career within a well-respected law firm.
