Job Summary:
We are a relatively new division of our Group which is an established UK Logistics specialist. We have a unique selling point of being able to cover all modes of transport anywhere in the world and manage customs clearances, Warehousing and logistics all in-house without third party involvement.We pioneered the latest government initiative of Freeport customs sites and now offer services to help other business's with the process. We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to join our Freight forwarding team who has the ability to Organise Import / Export shipments for our customers via Sea, Air & land.
Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years working in a Freight Forwarding environment (essential)
- A good understanding of Incoterms
- Experience dealing with overseas Agents and Shipping Lines
- Experience in quoting Customers
- An understanding of Customs processes
- Knowledge of Bills of Lading (HBL and MBL)
