Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Resettlement Coach. As a Resettlement Coach, you will be responsible for working closely with POPS to help them reintegrate into society. Your day-to-day tasks may include providing guidance and support, creating individualised support plans, liaising with external agencies, and facilitating access to housing and community services.

Qualifications
- Experience in working with People on Probation or individuals from vulnerable communities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement individualised support plans
- Knowledge of housing and community services available for People on Probation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by People on Probation
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Relevant qualifications in social work, counselling, or a related field
- Experience in advocacy and facilitating access to support services
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year (starting salary, depending on experience)

- Monday to Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
- Half-Day of Work on Friday (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
