Job Title: SMT Operator
Are you an experienced SMT Operator looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our client's dynamic team as an SMT Operator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent by running Surface Mount machines, pasting and hand placing components, and loading feeders. Position: SMT OperatorContract Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Full Time (Day shift only)
Hourly Rate: £12 - £13
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Surface Mount machines, ensuring smooth production flow
- Hand place components and conduct pasting tasks accurately
- Load feeders with components and provide technical support as needed
- Collaborate with the production manager to update and maintain production records
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
Requirements:
- Prior experience working as an SMT Operator within an electronics manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and related machinery
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
