Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for an Assistant Project Manager within the Programme Management Office.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and talented individual to support the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of projects and workstreams within the programme, which support the overall strategic and operational development of the Trust.

If you are keen to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment to support the development of high quality and efficient services at DBTH, then we would like to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

As part of the Programme Management Office, the post holder, working with Divisions/Corporate Directorates, will play a key role in shaping and implementing new models of service delivery at DBTH to deliver high quality, efficient services.

This will entail contributing to the development of a vision for future models of service/care delivery to include describing processes/pathways in detail so that workforce and infrastructure requirements can be defined. Implementation will require delivery of the different elements that make up the new/revised model and develop robust methods for evaluation and monitoring.

You will work closely with Executive Directors, PMO leads, Divisions/Corporate directorate SMT's and other Project Managers to help deliver project aims and objectives.
