Job Description
  • Overseeing financial operations within the accounting and finance department
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports and budgets
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Analysing financial data and making recommendations to senior management
  • Collaborating with other department heads to align financial operations with organisational goals
  • Managing the auditing process, both internal and external
  • Supervising and mentoring finance department staff

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trust Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in financial management software
  • Excellent analytic and strategic planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
  • The ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive working environment
