Job Description- Overseeing financial operations within the accounting and finance department
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies
- Analysing financial data and making recommendations to senior management
- Collaborating with other department heads to align financial operations with organisational goals
- Managing the auditing process, both internal and external
- Supervising and mentoring finance department staff
The Successful Applicant
A successful Trust Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Excellent analytic and strategic planning skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards
- The ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive working environment
