Children's Residential Support Worker
For those that aren't necessarily qualified, don't panic, full on-site training is provided!
All roles will be based at one location and won’t require additional travelling to different sites or locations. You will oversee the care for an individual child throughout the day, and will be an important part of the support network of the children in the dorm you will be working in.You will be responsible for the learning and development of children with a range of SEND.
Types of roles available:
Residential Support Worker – 51 hours a week (3 on 3 off shift pattern)
07:15am – 22.00pm£12.86 per hour
Residential Support Worker – 39 hours a week
- 15am – 15.45pm AND 13.30pm – 22.00pm. (must work a mixture of the two shift patterns)
£12.86 per hour
Night Waking Residential Support Worker – (4 on 4 off shift pattern):
- 30pm – 07.30am
Having direct experience is a bonus in a role like this but isn’t essential. You are required to be hard working, competent and pro-active and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children/young adults that have Special Needs & Learning Disabilities.
