The Role:
Pay: £11.85-£12.27 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
The Role:
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer care by pro-actively maintaining and growing several customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders over the phone.
- Receiving incoming calls from customers and clients.
- Taking orders from the answer machine.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Completing all sales and order administration.
- Using existing company reports to maximise sales.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent IT Skills
- Good communication skills with excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiastic
- Motivated
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Must be flexible
