Location: Margate
Job Type: Part time, 18 hours per week

Salary: £11.44 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of those we support.

What’s the role?

You might have just finished your Health and Social care training. You may be an experienced Support Worker or perhaps you are willing to learn and share your experiences. Your salary and training will be based on where you are in your career.

Your salary increases with training too!

This role requires you to be working at a Level 2 in Health and Social Care. If you do not have this qualification, we can develop you through an apprenticeship. We just need your desire to sign up.

There’s no getting away from it, this job isn’t easy- nothing worth doing is. You’ll be providing support to vulnerable people with a learning disability.

People who are used to working with learning disabilities are great candidates, as are those who have the right attitude and aptitude.

This role will give you the chance to make a positive impact in the lives of those we support.
