Job Description

An Interim HR Advisor to:

  • Assist with the management of employee relations cases
  • Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Undertake any necessary administrative tasks within the HR team
  • Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Assist in employee training and development programs
  • Support the management of performance reviews
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times

The Successful Applicant

An Interim HR Advisor with:

  • Previous Education experience
  • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong ER Experience
  • Able to start immediately
