What You Will Do:

- Adapt and be nimble in the application of various project management methodologies to meet project needs.
- Possibly take on line management responsibilities, driving team success and development.

- Identify and solve problems, finding suitable solutions and compromises to ensure project success.
What You Will Bring:
- A successful track record in managing R&D/Innovation projects.
- Strong capabilities in project leadership, negotiation, and a consultative approach.
- Flexibility in the use of various project management methodologies.
- Interest and/or experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not essential.
- A degree in a STEM related subject is useful, though not as important as proven project management experience.
