Censeo are a specialist mortgage broker of shared ownership and affordable home ownership products with most of their client being first-time buyers. Censeo currently provides advice on mortgages and related products for the prospective and current clients of a number of leading housing associations and developers.
Role Description
Our ideal candidate would be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative.The primary focus of the role is to work within the assessments team to assess incoming mortgage leads from the online portal or directly from the customers. You will be required to handle both inbound and outbound calls, in addition you will also be undertaking a range of administrative duties.
With having the correct skills and ambition you will have the opportunity to move on to be a Mortgage broker within Censeo Financial.Managing a pipeline of leads through the initial enquiry cycle to successful mortgage appointments will be a key part of the role and will require the use of marketing tools and telephone sales skills.
Must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal targets and can multitask and add value to our business.
As an Assessments specialist you will be required to actively promote Censeo Financial to a Five Star service level. You will be responsible
Key Responsilbties
To achieve personal KPIs in accordance with the company’s requirements.- Achieve performance standards of quality assessment within an ethos of compliance and customer care, measured through Key Performance Indicators.
- Assess inbound mortgage leads using mortgage lending criteria and calculators.
- Communicate assessment outcomes to business partners and potential clients.
- Ensure Referral “borderline” assessments are handled with consideration and empathy to gain return business on other properties.
- Build relationships with client database and promote Censeo services.
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate information and activity reports.
- Generate a consistently high level of activity from leads that achieve good customer outcomes and generate mortgage appointments.
- Manage the booking of mortgage appointments for advisors and update introducers of bookings
- Booking review meetings for existing clients.
- Demonstrate an ability to interact professionally with potential customers and Introducers via phone, email, telephone conferencing and face to face.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues
- Provide accurate and timely information as required to senior management
- Develop a strong knowledge of Censeo USP’s and the affordable housing mortgage market.
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures to ensure that customers are treated fairly and receive good customer outcomes.
- To effectively carry out all tasks delegated by the Senior Assessments Manager and or Directors.
- Liaising with the Housing Associations in a timely manner.
- To undertake any other tasks as required from time to time including administrative or sales related duties.
- To build external relationships, networking to develop key business partners.
- Promote and support a culture that values diversity in its workplace.
- Willing to go the extra Mile to achieve the required goals and objectives.
- Basic Salary: £25,000- £27,000 Depending on Expierence
- Annual holiday allowance of 28 days
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
