• Financial Oversight: Manage income/expenditure, reconciliations, and financial data integrity.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee month-end, statutory accounts, audits, VAT, and regulatory filings.
• Operations & Controls: Supervise finance processes, internal controls, and risk mitigation
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should:

• Be ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Have strong technical financial accounting experience
• Have an understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and accounts preparation and excellent knowledge of UK tax regulations, VAT, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and payroll processes
• Be experienced in planning for and managing year end audits, producing year end statutory accounts in Charities SORP format, and preparing and adhering to year end timetables

• A competitive daily salary of circa £300/day
