Senior Legal Counsel (12 Months)

A leading Telecommunications business is looking for a Senior Lawyer to support with a broad range of complex legal issues, particularly focusing on digital, consumer and procurement matters. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team and play a key role in exciting projects and initiatives.

• Experience with procurement, outsourcing, technology transfer arrangements alongside engagements for the acquisition of commercial products and associated third-party supply contracts.
• Competence recognising potential legal and regulatory risks and advising on solutions to mitigate these risks.
• Experience analysing complex legal and commercial issues, developing and effectively communicating related strategies.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to build trust and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skillset with an ability to use your expertise to influence key issues facing the business.
• Prior experience in the Telecommunications sector.
• 7 PQE+ as a guideline.
