Summary:
CXC is partnering with a leading distributor in the electrical wholesale industry in Bracknell to find an Internal Sales Representative. This role requires a dynamic individual with a sales background and excellent communication skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers.
The Internal Sales Representative will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing support.
Responsibilities:
• Serve customers efficiently and politely to ensure satisfaction
• Provide product advice and guidance to customers
• Maximize sales through effective selling techniques
• Service customer orders from branch stock profile whenever possible
• Liaise with customers and internal departments/suppliers to meet delivery requirements
• Monitor customer credit limits and payments, minimizing financial risk
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technology, and regulations
• Handle customer complaints promptly and properly
• Advise on apparent stock shortages to manage stock effectively
Qualifications:
• Driving Licence
• 2 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles
• Previous experience in electrical wholesale
• Acknowledged customer service training
• Experience in a telephone sales environment
