Randstad is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service at the CNTW NHS Foundation Trust. Work Location:
Carleton Clinic hospital, Carlisle CA13SX
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records.
- Assist with medication administration (as directed by qualified personnel).
- Adhere strictly to Trust policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (minimum 5 A*-C grades, including Maths and English).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges.
- Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and appropriate interventions.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Care Certificate
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience as an HCA
Essential:BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are required.
