Grounds Maintenance Operative
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hourly Rate: Dependant on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm, possible overtime
About the role
We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Burton-on-Trent. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and hard surface maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including with ride on mowers.
- A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential - ability to tow trailers would be desirable.
- PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
