Account Manager - SaaS | Public Sector | Remote-Hybrid

Role Purpose
Our account managers are the driving force behind client success and growth. Using our 6-step account management process and priority-based review framework, you'll own client relationships from onboarding through expansion. This role blends deep product knowledge with exceptional teamwork – you'll collaborate across Product, Support, and Sales to deliver results.You'll set clear expectations, build strong relationships, and strategically grow our Annual Recurring Revenue through systematic account development and targeted solution expansion.

What You'll Do
Strategic Client Success:
- Lead our systematic account management process
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Drive proactive client engagement and success
Revenue Growth:
- Identify and execute cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Manage renewal and expansion processes
- Build qualified pipeline through systematic opportunity assessment
Client Relationships:
- Serve as trusted advisor to assigned accounts
- Build multi-level stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate internal resources for client success
Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams
- Drive continuous process improvement

Requirements- Minimum 2 years' experience in SaaS account management
- Experience working with public sector/healthcare clients preferred
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Full UK driving license for client visits
- Ability to work hybrid (2 days/week in Thurleigh office)
- Strong stakeholder management experience

Salary & Rewards:
- £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40-45K)
