Job Title: Teaching AssistantLocation: Gillingham
Salary: £12.90 per hour (average working hours 8:30am till 3:30pm)
Requirements & Desires:
- Can supply 2 references
- Confident to communicate with class teachers, other colleagues and pupils within the classroom
- Support teachers through different periods of the day including 1-1 and small group activities.
- Previous experience with children ages 4-11 years is desired.
- Can work under pressure and use their initiative when needed
- Can be reliable, flexible and display good time management skills
- Have a positive and can-do work attitude
- Passionate about pupils learning and wanting to help them exceed
