£83.85 - £100 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
- Assisting students with their learning and educational development
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Preparing educational materials and resources
- Supervising students during break times and activities
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience:
Prior experience working with children in an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of child development and learning processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily takes place in a classroom setting
- May involve standing or sitting for extended periods
- Potential exposure to noise and behavioural challenges
- May require occasional lifting or carrying of educational materials
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
