We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Family Support Worker to join our dynamic team aimed at providing essential assistance to families in need. You will play a crucial role in navigating families through access to services such as healthcare, education, and mental health support.

ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach activities to engage with families in the community.
Provide supportive counseling and guidance to families in need.
Assess and identify the needs of families and connect them with appropriate resources.
Develop and implement personalized support plans for families.
Facilitate family workshops and support groups to enhance family skills.
Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate services.
Monitor and evaluate family progress and adjust support plans as necessary.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in family support, community outreach, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of community resources and support services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage with diverse populations and build rapport quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £14.71
