Operational Risk Manager - Business Continuity (BH-49328-1) Location: London, EnglandSector: ITSalary: £85,000.00 to £90,000.00 per annumBenefits: Plus circa 15% bonusOperational Risk Manager - Business ContinuityA market leading brokerage is searching for an Operational Risk Manager to join their London City based office specializing in business continuity and third party risk management.Within this role, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the operational resilience framework for the UK team while also working in a global environment.

This position requires 4 days a week in the London City office.Key Responsibilities:Embed and maintain the operational risk framework across all business functions.Investigate operational risk events, conduct root cause analysis, and implement control improvements.Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management.Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and an understanding of business, delivering longer-term and large-scale solutions.Manage and update the business continuity policy and procedure.Develop and execute the business continuity testing program for EMEA.
