Monday Saturday, earlies, lates and long days Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive dependent on skills & experience & 4% shift enhancement.

We are looking for a Senior Scrub Theatre Practitioner with Cardiac experience to join our Theatre department at The Portland Hospital. Job Description: As Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will: Have a pivotal role in the surgical team, combining clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the theatres, ensuring that all equipment, instruments, and supplies are ready for each procedure.
In addition to providing hands-on support during surgeries, you'll mentor and guide junior staff, promoting best practices and promoting a collaborative team environment. With a focus on patient safety and efficiency, your role is key to delivering successful surgical outcomes in a high-pressure setting.
