Job Details include:

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be required to work with children 1:1 and in small groups to support all aspects of their development alongside other members of staff.

Key skills the ideal candidate will have:

• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Establish active listening abilities and strong verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with empathy and understanding.
• To be able to create positive relationships with students and teachers.
• Experience working with young people or SEN in any capacity.
