Reporting to our Head of People & Talent, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, will work in synergy with management and People Partners to strategically, lead the recruitment process at Threads. You will work with all levels of management, Senior leaders as well as first time hiring managers across our business.

Partnering with your stakeholders, you will ensure that a full review of any new or replacement role has taken place before hiring commences ensuring that recruitment aligns with the overall future needs of the business. At the same time leading a cohesive end to end hiring approach in its entirety taking into consideration equitable and diverse hiring to offer a luxury candidate experience.

This role and the team are hybrid based out of Telephone House in Shoreditch, London. This role does have in-office expectations because of how we operate as a team and business, and although we’re really open to what those are and how they work, this team does require 2-3 days a week together in the office.

You Will:

  • Partner with the People Partners and align to the business, you should both be the oracle of knowledge for the department's people structure, budget and future growth requirements.
  • Develop Threads recruitment events and multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies across all markets including internal referrals.
  • Using tools (ATS - Workable, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) and any other job platforms, manage and track all data and present weekly for hiring managers progress reports.
  • Manage full candidate lifecycle from initial sign off, job ad creation, screening CV’s, and facilitating interviews to determine the very best talent for each role in line with ‘luxury customer journey.’
  • Attend external networking events and build a proactive candidate pool for future Threads vacancies
Requirements
  • A solid, proven track record of hiring top talent.
  • Knowledge using an ATS/ HRIS & other HR databases (‘Workable’ desirable)
  • Sound knowledge of social channels and socially savvy with recruitment marketing
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those highly qualified candidates, particularly in niche roles - eg. not just using LinkedIn Recruiter, but targeted job boards, meet-ups and other industry- & function-related areas
  • Experience in a previous Recruitment role (inhouse or agency)
  • Knowledge of the luxury/ecom market, mixed level roles, across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Brands & Finance
