Essential criteria- To be fully conversant and formally qualified in own core trade with Basic Carpentry/Plumbing/Electrical
- Work closely with Estates Management to manage the buildings infrastructure/plant and systems effectively and safely in accordance with all legislation and HTM and HBN guidance.
- Specialist expertise in a core professional trade - plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
- Computer skilled person
- Undertake fault finding on complex systems and equipment using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to determine a solution.

- Follow all planned maintenance schedules and carry out planned preventative maintenance inspections and commissioning tests in accordance with the required schedule.

PPE requirements: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust requires all colleagues to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with our infection prevention and control procedures.
